I bought myself a few goodies at the bookstore for Valentine’s day - I couldn’t resist this adorable little polka-dotted notebook (I have a weakness for pretty notebooks), a lovely book of love songs and sonnets, and this five-year memory book. How it works is each day, you write one or two sentences about what happened – every day for five years. Then, you can look back and recall and compare what happened on that date in each of the five years. I’ve written my first entry in it just now! Oh, and I bought myself a single Godiva dark chocolate truffle, because it just wouldn’t be Valentine’s Day without a little bit of chocolate. x

What I bought at H&M today: a brown leather bowler bag with adjustable shoulder strap, a powder-colored pleated frilly scarf, brown tortoise shell sunglasses, a set of two bird rings (one silver and one gold), a watch necklace on a long chain, and a set of two blush-colored flower hair clips. I’m all set for Spring! x
